The excellent location.

The fact that the water was either cold or boiling.

Ubicación.! Fui a todos lados caminando. Solo algunos lugares en uber. Baño impecable. Igual ropa de cama y de baño. Buenisimo.

Un poco complicado p llegar. Y el acceso, encontramos al hostes. Nos atendió perfecto, en inglés. No había internet nos dió otra clave. Todo bien

Emplacement parfait en plein centre. Appartement propre. Accès simple. Espace suffisant pour deux pour plusieurs jours. Acces wifi. Sachets de thé et café disponibles à l'arrivée.

Equipement de l'appartement restreint. Pas de porte manteau pour suspendre une serviette dans la salle de bains ou ailleurs ; pas de petite table basse pour poser une tasse ou pour manger un petit morceau ; pas de micro onde ou de quoi faire réchauffer quelque chose ; une seule chaise. Couettes séparées peu pratiques pour le grand lit.

The only excellent thing is the location. A 7 minutes' walk from the Stephansplatz metro station means easy access to wherever you want to go in Vienna. The neighborhood is excellent, right next to the Hofburg and other major sights. Surprsingly, despite the premium location, the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood are not too expensive. I managed to book the room at a reasonable price.

The room itself was a disappointment. Very basic. Even more simple than the photos suggest. The worst thing was the cheap floor carpet that just does not feel too hygienic in a hotel room, despite the fact that it was clean otherwise. No air conditioning on hot July nights meant I could barely sleep. A fan was supplied, but it was a cheap one (low performance + noisy). There was no wifi at all - the sim card was missing from the mobile hotspot in the room. There were no hangers in the bathroom. There were no glasses for drinking (only two small glasses, probably for schnaps). There were not enough hangers in the wardrobe. And the strangest thing: there were absolutely no lights, only one bright white central light. No desk lamp, no standing lamp, or any other light source. Simple desk lights are available for EUR 5 in the IKEA, it's hard to understand why the managers did not buy one or two of them. And there was a funny sticker in the shower cabin hinting at taking a short shower, because of the water boiler's low capacity. (This was not a problem after all.)
