Beau et confortable. Très bien situé dans la ville et proche de la mer.
Super agréable la belle terrasse.
Magnifique la chambre avec salle de bain et dressing.
Seul bémol parfois des odeurs de canalisation depuis la salle de bain dans la chambre...mais seulement en certains moment de la journée .
Je le recommande.

Great duplex apartment. There is a lift access and entrance with the two bedrooms and bathrooms at this level. Upstairs is the open plan living area with amazing outdoor space. Good seating and dining inside and outside. The location is fantastic and short walk to Valletta ferry and groceries and shopping malls. Few restaurants on the waterfront which were good to eat at.
The shower is in the en-suite bathroom so the other guests had to go through main bedroom to get to it. The bath in main bathroom does not have a shower. The shower is TINY! Kitchen was missing many essential things such as glasses for the four people it sleeps! Only one wine glass and that was broken. Not enough glasses. Only one small pan and no lid so hard to cook. No bread knife or sharp knives.

O apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso com quartos com boas dimensões e muita arrumação. Os quartos e a sala têm ar condicionado, um aspeto essencial em Malta.
O terraço é uma mais valia nas noites quentes de verão.
A localização é excelente, pois fica perto de lojas e supermercados e a 5 minutos do ferry e da praia.
Se voltarmos a Malta, voltaremos a ficar aqui.
Passamos 11 dias sem que houvesse limpeza e troca de toalhas e lençóis. A casa de banho com banheira não tem nenhum resguardo, ficando o chão inundado. Tivemos de comprar uma esfregona para limpar o chão todos os dias.
As instruções para o lixo não foram claras e no último dia fomos chamadas à atenção por um vizinho. Parece que há um código de cores para os sacos, mas só tínhamos pretos.

Un grand appartement en duplex, moderne et bien conçu, bien équipé. Il est situé dans la partie moderne de l'agglomération, avec des moyens de transport accessibles pour aller visiter La Valette.
La chambre donnant sur la rue a des fenêtres peu isolées du bruit.
