Spokojna okolica, przyjazna recepcja na wejściu do budynku. Fajny, przestrzenny salon i sympatyczna sypialnia. Konkretne i podane na czas informacje o sposobie zameldowania. Bliskie ale nieuciążliwe sąsiedztwo przystanków komunikacji miejskiej.

Problem z roletami w sypialni (wiązanie jednej z rolet). Można by było bardziej zadbać o porządek (brudne półki w łazience). Stosunkowo twarda kanapa w salonie, niezbyt wygodna.

Great value for money and location. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station or tram stop. Easy instructions on how to find and access the property. Quick communication from the host.

This property could be absolutely perfect if the agency/owners/cleaners put a little bit of effort into it. The cleanliness was poor: hair in drawers, stained cupboards inside and outside, oily cutlery and plates. Perhaps the apartment was empty for a while and would benefit from a thorough clean. While we were there several things were broken: wardrobe doors were not closing, one of the blinds was broken, the door to the cupboard under the sink where the bin was came off its hinges and the most annoying and inconvenient as we were attending a wedding is when we tried to iron our clothes, we discovered the iron was there but was broken. Additionally all the knifes were super blunt, I couldn't cut bread or tomatoes, there was no scissors, the sofa in the sitting room.was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. Now taking all this into consideration we still liked the apartment, it was warm, had a lovely balcony, there was a reception downstairs with friendly staff and a small supermarket right outside. Few small changes and a bit more attention from people responsible for this flat could elevate it to a 5 star quality in no time.

Dużo miejsca w mieszkaniu, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, bezpieczeństwo, winda, portier, blisko do tramwaju, blisko park Arkadia. Fajne oświetlenie, dużo gniazdek. W miarę cicho w nocy. Na dole włoska restauracja, ale nie testowałem

Kontakt z właścicielem z opóźnieniem, brak recepcji (to nie hotel), szafki i szafy wymagają napraw, się nie domykają albo są wypatrzone, żaluzje też do naprawy niektóre, materac za miękki, trudne hasło do wifi, w szafce w łazience jakiś stary ręcznik leżał

Не понравилось : нет стульев , кресел в зале ( лишь 2 барных стула) , не изолированная торчащая проводка на многих стенах помещения, плохо функционирующие замки дверей шкафов в прихожей , синтетическое постельное белье Хаотично разбросанные в шкафах использованные тряпки, губки
