Casa Mia Sea View Apartment

Overall a nice apartment to stay at as family, location wise is not too bad for the price, however needs an update and especially noise control. The property is on the 4th floor. There is a lift which is great. Really nice view. 10 minutes walk down the hill which is not too bad. Local cafés down by the beach. A local shop is about 3 minutes walk away by the round about. The kitchen is brilliant and has everything you need to cook or heat up things. Even some crisp treat when you arrive, which is a nice touch. The decor is nice and the Aircon is great, however if using it you have to empty the bottle almost every day.... Which is on the balcony corner. Balcony has stuff that can be used for the beach or for the pool, games, chairs etc .. Towels are provided an have extra in the rooms. The pool although it says heated, it is not. It was freezing when we were there unfortunately. We were looking forward to it. On the last day we went in, but after 5 minutes we were out ... The property to enter there is a code or can park a car in the secured parking if someone is using a rental car. The host was nice, but make sure you let them know when to meet up as in the heat waiting for half an hour or more there is no shade in front of the houses. Overall a good stay but to stay there again they do need to change to be more comfortable pillows and better sealing on the windows.

The windows need a better sealing, as when it's little bit windy and more as thunderstorms the blinds are hitting the window and wind coming in, therefore the bugscreen is falling off the main window and unable to sleep .The beds are in the big room really hard and the pillows are falling apart and not holding the head at all. The second bedroom the mattress is slept out therefore little rolling off the bed.New pillows are the minimum needs to change as the room will be improved and people get a good sleep. As we had not slept very well on most of the nights. The shower room always had ants in it in several places. I know it's close to the beach etc, but that is 10 minute away. Might need to put in something or bleach when cleaning. .

La urbanizacion maravillosa la piscina muy bonita y la playa una pasada, mucha arena dunas y si te gusta hacer snorkel hay mucha vida cerca de la orilla, además por la extensión de la playa no parece en ningún momento abarrotada siempre hay espacio. Un sitio excelente, repetiremos seguro 😄

Quizá la subida de escaleras desde la playa al apartamento, es una subida bastante escarpada y al calor se puede hacer difícil. A mí me gustó y la hacía sin problemas pero quizás con niños o gente mayor puede ser difícil

Jak dla mnie miejsce bardzo dobre -świetna komunikacja z okolicznymi miejscowościami, blisko deptaku i plaż. Fajne widoki i tereny do zwiedzania, plażowania, odpoczynku. Podobało mi się usytuowanie na górce -można sobie podreptać a ja to lubię. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, wszystko sprawne

łazienka/kabina jest trochę zużyta

Polecam ten wspaniały apartament. Wszystko zgodne tak jak na zdjęciach! Blisko do morza. Basen dostępny dla mieszkańców. Apartament na 4 piętrze, winda i super widok.
