Very clean and spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. Everything is new and in good repair.
Short walking distance to old town/city centre and supermarkets.
The parking lot is very convenient although the underground car park is somewhat narrow and it's a bit tricky to park there with a bigger car.
There was a construction site on the road in front of the house. Due to the fact that it was very hot during our stay and the apartment has no AC, we left the windows open at night... The construction site ended the nights shortly after seven a.m. very abruptly...

Perfect position to explore Colmar. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As it was during the heatwave the apartment was lovely, cool and quiet. Easy access to the underground parking. Communication with the hosts was timely.
