Sublime

A superb property to relax in, with excellent sauna and jacuzzi, and fabulous views and sunsets. The Spar supermarket just around the corner has everything you need. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Other guests have mentioned a small Romany camp below the apartment but this was not an issue at all, and in fact was being cleared when we left. Obviously the apartment is slightly out if town but a very cheap and easy taxi ride in.Ths is indeed a 'sublime' apartment and we can not recommend it enough - 10/10!!

Great for a stop over

Has everything you need. Super spacious rooms with sofa, tv, fridge, kettle, washing machine and cooking appliances. Right next to a Spar shop too. Was great for a one night stop over. Staff were very friendly and messaged us in advance to help out.

The location is about a 25 minute walk from the main part of Shkoder which has all the nice restaurants and bars.

A lovely, modern apartment that we very much enjoyed. Staff were excellent and in good communication prior to and on arrival. Very comfortable stay.

Behind the apartment there is earthworks going on and a slum settlement. This is where you park your car. We were nervous about the security of our car as a result. Nothing happened, but just something to be aware of and consider.

Perfect comfort!

The property was really clean and comfortable (kitchen utilities, bathroom, bed, sofa). Also, the hosts were really nice and helpful. They even helped me boost my car. They are really kind and the views were nice.

Top appartement op goede locatie

Fijne appartement met wasmachine. Locatie aan de rand van Schkoder. Wel even goed zoeken naar de ingang maar daar had de host helder over gecommuniceerd. Onder aan appartement was een supermarkt. Host had ook fijne electrische fietsen te huur.

In de buurt van locatie wel wat rommelige caravans. Geen moment onveilig gevoeld.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Shkodra

Tolle Gastgeber, per WhatsApp immer zu erreichen und jede Frage schnell beantwortet. Die Lage war top. Das Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sauber und sehr groß.

Ca aurait pû être très bien !

Emplacement par rapport à la ville très bien avec au pied de l immeuble de nombreuses offres culinaires. On peut aussi trouver à quelques dizaines de mètres des moyennes surfaces genre SPAR . La vue sur le quartier très enrichissante ; vue sur un petit bidonville qui permet de comprendre l évolution de la société albanaise.

La différence entre les équipements proposés au moment de la réservation et la réalité. En particulier sauna et jacuzzi qui sont proposés, en général, alors que ces équipements sont en fait dans une seule chambre. J ai lu et relu le site mais à aucun moment cette information n est donnée. Nous sommes donc arrivés pensant que ces équipements étaient collectifs. Après avoir demandé des explications on nous a proposé de prendre la fameuse chambre... avec 100 euros supplémentaires quand même !

Tolles Apartment mit ganz viel Luxus und bester Ausstattung

Das Apartment lässt KEINERLEI Wünsche offen. Es ist super schick eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Viel Liebe zum Detail kommt zum Vorschein. Die Gastgeber sind super engagiert und haben uns bspw. einen Trip zum Komani-Lake inkl. Bootstour über den See und in den Shala River für 40E inkl. Transport/ Person organisiert. Ich kann jedem diese Tour mehr als empfehlen. Allein von Shkodra aus zu fahren, ist nicht zu empfehlen, weil die Straße unterwegs super schlecht sind und da nimmt man doch lieber einen Chauffeur. ;) Außerdem kann man vom Apartment für 10E/Tag E-Bikes ausleihen. Shkodra ist echt eine Fahrradstadt und es gibt sogar Radwege, diese sind ziemlich schmal, aber fahrbar. ;)

Die Lage des Apartments ist gleich am Orteingang von Shkodra und man kann sogar zum See rüber laufen (20Min.), aber da kommt man schon durch einen Stadtteil, der einer Roma-Siedlung ähnelt. Sehr "unromantisch", vermüllt und unansehnlich. So leider auch die direkte Lage des Apartments. Die ca. 10 Apartments liegen im 12. Stock eines Hochhauses und unten gibt es einen SPAR Supermarkt (sehr praktisch). Auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz unmittelbar am Apartment findet man aber immer einen Parkplatz. Ab ca. 80m hinter dem Gebäude ist auch schon eine Roma-Siedlung und somit ist die Umgebung eher sehr unansehnlich. Aber dennoch würde ich dieses Apartment JEDERZEIT wieder buchen, weil es ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis darstellt. Es ist einfach super schick! (Eine völlig andere Welt als die Umgebung!)

Zeer mooi appartement, maar ligging was niet geweldig.

Zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Alles was tip top in orde! Aangenaam dat er 2 airconditioning waren zowel in de living als de slaapkamer.

De ligging was niet top, 30-35 minuten wandelen van het centrum. In de omgeving van het appartement waren er veel daklozen/krotwoningen, dit gaf niet zo een veilig gevoel..

Hele appartement is gloednieuw. We keken mooi op de stad uit. In en uit checken gaat allemaal heel gemakkelijk en snel. Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Wij moesten in de ochtend vroeg weg. We hadden helaas lekke band. Personeel kwam ons gelijk helpen. Hebben de band opgepompt en zijn samen met ons naar een garage gereden waar hij binnen 5 minuten gerepareerd was Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
