Wspaniała lokalizacja z dala od nadmorskich tłumów, dokładnie pomiędzy plażami i jeziorem żarnowieckim. Samo miejsce to komfortowa głusza, z jedynym hałasem jakiego tam można doświadzyć – odgłosem cykających owadów. Idealne miejsce na wypady rowerowe, z kolei 3 minuty samochodem od supermarketów, czy nawet Rossmana. Piękna architektura samych domków.
Jedyny minus to nie samo Lublewo 21, ale drogi – bardzo wąskie, więc na rowerowych wypadach trzeba pamiętać o bezpieczeństwie i zachować ostrożność. Kierowcy jeżdżą szybko, a drogi, oprócz tego, że są wąskie to jeszcze bywają kręte. Samo Lublewo21 jednak - bez zarzutów.
