    7.2 / 10Good·Oct 2026
I’m quite disappointed with our stay at Shalom Homes Rishikesh. We expected better service and basic amenities, especially considering that we had booked a deluxe room. There was an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom, the room lighting was dim, and one of the lights was flickering. We reported these issues at the reception, but unfortunately, nobody came to inspect or resolve them. To make matters worse, there were no towels or water bottles provided in the room, and we had to ask for a towel separately. These are basic amenities that guests should not have to request, particularly in a deluxe room. The lack of attention to our complaints and the absence of basic facilities made our stay disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its room maintenance, housekeeping, and guest service. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable room and prompt assistance when they raise a concern.

First of all the room is very uncomfortable and the walls are falling , windows are broken room is not cleaned at all. The facilities provided in the room is either broken or not working. And if you need any help in night regarding AC or any stuff the staff is not cooperative. The only good thing about the hostel was the view we get from the window and the food they offer , the staff responsible for fooding was polite and helpful. I stayed there for 3 days with my mother in a deluxe room and I will not at all recommend anyone .
