    My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service quality was poor and the overall stay did not meet basic expectations. There was a lack of professionalism and attention to guests’ needs. I hope the management seriously reviews their service standards, but personally I will not be choosing this hotel again in the future.

    Hardly any guests in this huge hotel. Staff was very friendly and nice location. Only downfall I have is if you just want to stroll out of hotel at 4am, you'll have to have staff unlock front door. I guess it's security/safety reason. At no point did I find myself unsafe around the area
