I was in town for the Bronco Off-Rodeo, which was only 7 miles from The Guesthouse. The location also made it easy to access the facilities in Kingsland. The room was exceptional and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the Pure products in the bathroom smelled wonderful, but not overwhelming. Thank you for a fantastic c stay

The room was great. Nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar was not open during our stay. I wish that had been better communicated. I picked the place because of the breakfast option. It was situated between Llano and Kingsland, so dining options were nearby.

The room was BEAUTIFUL, COLD AC, the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever slept in!! The property needs some upkeep. We were SHOCKED to learn there isn’t Bkfst ‘daily’ as it says. Restaurant only open Thursday-Sunday. So we only got Bkfst our last morning of the 3 we stayed.BUT OMG!! THE BEST FOOD EVER!!! So sad we only got to enjoy it 1 morning!! Another downside…the rooms are up the steepest stairs outside ever! That was a trial and a tribulation for me and my back to go up and down. We’re in our 70’s and had NO IDEA of this situation. But, once in our room, we LOVED IT! Not sure about staying again due to the stairs situation.
