It’s truly the best of both worlds with ‘quiet side’ living while being just a quick drive to the action. Sunrises and sunsets are plentiful from the dock. Enjoy multiple groomed walking trails at Gordon Lodge just up the road, or build a campfire while overlooking the lakefront, with some of the best stargazing in the Midwest.
For active vacationers, it’s a quick drive to Cana Island, Ridges Sanctuary, Maxwelton Braes Golf Course, and Peninsula or Newport State Parks. Take a class in painting, pottery drawing, painting, and even glassblowing! There are endless restaurant and shopping options, and Door County’s only outdoor theater is just minutes away.
