Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.
Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).
Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.
AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

The house was close to everything. We were close to Maxwell AFB which was most important for us. We were in town for our son who graduated from officer training with USAF. The house had lots of amenities that was convenient washer, dryer , laundry detergent, dryer , sheets, shampoo, conditioner and body wash with was great. It saved us from trying to find a store after arriving so late. The neighborhood was very nice and pleasant. It was a nice change of scenery compared to our California living. The pool was nice, sad we didn’t get a lot of time to enjoy it with our busy itinerary. Bedrooms were nice, clean, comfortable beds and smart TVs. Overall if we are in Alabama again we would definitely comeback to this house. The host were very professional and punctual with our concerns and questions. 10 stars!

Morning coffee outside, morning breakfast outside cafe style,, large master bath/ dressing area, hit casino 20 min drive not bad, afternoon in pool exercise or relax, rest, dress ,hit casino evening time. Nice beds to rest in and do it all again!
