The Panoramahaus—Usedom Island, a true hidden gem and a haven for design lovers seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of city life. The concept behind the house is to spark new ideas and take time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures—rediscovering music, literature, and art.
The Panoramahaus — Usedom Island, a livable art collection in the sun-drenched Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz, invites you to embark on a relaxing artistic and architectural journey. The Panoramahaus is a place where you can recharge your energy, far away from the pressures of everyday life. We invite you to spend time with family or close friends and rediscover the joy of life. Cook together, read a good book, play records, marvel at art, and savor first-class wine from our trusted in-house wine cellar.
Whether as a couple, in a group, with family, or with friends—this spacious vacation home, with 170 m² of living space spread over two levels, offers plenty of room for up to eight guests.
The spacious living and dining area on the first floor, featuring an open, high-end kitchen and an impressive wooden table, offers plenty of room for cooking together and social gatherings. Just behind it, separated by a modern glass fireplace, is the lounge area with a sofa arrangement. A record player with a built-in “fonetta” Bluetooth music system from “poet Audio” delivers an incredible audio experience, while “The Frame”—a truly unique TV—provides visual entertainment. A special highlight of the house is the sauna with a relaxation room and a wellness shower. The relaxation room features a high-quality sofa bed by Lignet Roset that can accommodate two people for the night.
On the upper floor, there are three tastefully furnished bedrooms with easy-access box-spring double beds, as well as two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub. There is an additional guest restroom on the first floor.
The outdoor area of the Panorama House covers 735 m², is clearly laid out, and features two terraces. On the terrace in the courtyard, a high-quality “BBQ Master” gas grill is available for social barbecue evenings.
Bicycles brought along can be securely stored in a lockable bike room on the property.
The house includes two parking spaces under the carport. Wi-Fi is available free of charge to guests. We’ve also thought of our youngest guests. The accommodation includes a travel crib with a mattress (linens not included) and a high chair. Guests can also enjoy an extensive collection of games, some beach toys, and yoga mats. Finally, there is a private washing machine in the house, which guests are free to use.
