As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Outdoor furniture was not comfortable to sit in.but the bar was nice and games fun. Would have preferred a charcoal grill.
Living room furniture was awkward as cushions slid out and too deep to just sit. When 2 people sat on it felt like it would give way at any moment.

This really was a nice property for our family of ten that stayed. The listing said 4 double beds in a room and it was really a double bunk bed with a twin trundle. So just take that into consideration. We had one kid not be able to come so it worked out but otherwise would have been cramped for the kids. There were some outdoor games but the ladder all was missing the things you toss. The fire pit had no propane in it. When I asked about the propane for the grill I was told to bring my own refill if it was empty. I think it’s that’s something included in the amenities of the property it should be taken care of by The property. It was fine though, the grill had propane and we were able to use it. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped for cooking large meals so if you have a large group and plan on cooking all your meals take that into consideration. Otherwise it was very roomy and we had games nights several nights on the big kitchen table. We had some noisy neighbors one night but the homes are very close together so it’s to be expected. I would recommend this place and would stay again.
