About this apartment rental
The small "Düne" vacation apartment is located in the Heeren Guesthouse in the village of Hamswehrum. The guesthouse, with a total of 400 m² of living space, features 5 charming apartments and is situated near the North Sea dike.
The one-room apartment on the upper floor measures 25 m² and is suitable for up to 2 people. It features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a double bed. The separate bathroom is located next door. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the large shared terrace as well as a covered outdoor seating area with a cozy barbecue corner. The beautifully landscaped garden on the secluded 1,000 m² property invites you to relax. Your dog is welcome (a one-time additional cleaning fee of €30.00 applies).
The family that owns the property also runs a farm next door. At the farm stand, you can purchase special East Frisian delicacies, fresh eggs from free-range chickens, mashed potatoes, vegetables, honey, barbecue meat, and more.
The dike and the North Sea are just about 1.5 km away and easily accessible by bike. A 2-km ride takes you to the Uplewarder dry beach, where you’ll find beach chairs for relaxing. Visit the fishing village of Greetsiel, about 12 km away. Shopping options are available in Pewsum, just 3 km away.

Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bedding: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We will leave the ordered linens for you at the property. The beds will not be made!
