Brand new studio located only 7-10 mins to downtown Nashville, BNA, and many of the city's top attractions including Broadway, Top Golf, & Country Music Hall of Fame! We cant wait to host your getaway to Music City!
It's a newly converted office building into studio loft apartments. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a king size bed w/ a memory foam mattress and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked as well with a complimentary coffee bar.
*PETS: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior host approval. A $75 fee per pet applies, and breed restrictions may apply. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be kept off all furniture at all times and kenneled when left unattended. Please clean up after your pets. Additional fees may apply for excess pet hair, damage, or extra cleaning.
All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area.

Room was as pictured and described. Clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. My only complain was that there could have been a few extra towels.

Perfect for what we needed! The only suggestion I have is to put a dark blind or curtain on the door due to the bright outdoor light that is on all night.

My husband and I had a great stay. The posting is an accurate depiction of the rental and property. It was quiet, safe and an easy drive to the Broadway area. Just to give a heads up to future bookers - it is very obvious that this property used to be used for commercial purposes. The entire front wall of the unit is windows with black blinds that faces the parking area. We didn't have a problem with this, but it is not exactly a homey feeling. It was perfect for what we needed!
