Unit #303LK is a beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the top floor, sleeps four, and is conveniently located near the elevator. Here, vacation means more than sinking your toes in the sand. With easy access to the pools (one heated October through March for the comfort of Winter Texans), hot tubs, a recreation room, and the beach—and with a designated parking space near the elevator—you'll have plenty to enjoy.
This suite includes a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, sliding doors with direct access to the large private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower, and a lighted mirror. The dining area seats six. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Keep your vacation wardrobe fresh with our new washer and dryer in the laundry room. Great place to store your coolers, beach toys, beach accessories, and towels after a fun-filled day at the beach or pool.
The spacious private balcony will likely become your favorite spot, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a refreshing evening cocktail. The high-top furniture provides relaxing views of Cinnamon Shores and partial views of the ocean. Our fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and all the accessories you need, whether you're preparing light snacks or a gourmet meal.
