This charming, cozy home is the perfect retreat for couples or a small family, offering a secure and comfortable space to relax. Centrally located, it provides easy access to all the essentials for a convenient stay.
The home is within walking distance of:

-Lowell General Hospital
You'll also enjoy being close to a variety of restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and other local amenities, all just a short stroll away.
The home features a full-size/queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, with an additional twin air mattress available for extra sleeping space. While the space is compact, it includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom stocked with all the essentials.
Please note, the home is ideal for up to three guests, as it may feel cramped with more people, especially for extended stays.
For your comfort, the home offers both air conditioning and heating.
Additional information:
-Smoking inside or near the property will incur a $300 fine.
-Late checkout without prior approval incurs a $50 fine per hour.
-Pet cleanup (waste, stains, odors) will result in a minimum fee of $150.
-Off-limit areas: Basement, Attic.
-Washer and dryer available upon request for stays longer than 7 days.
-Ample parking is available on the property, and you'll receive a keyless entry code after booking for easy access.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was central to many areas we wanted to visit. The place was very comfortable, clean and inviting. Our host was attentive to any questions we had about the area.

My second stay at this small but lovely condo. check in & out was easy. I needed to prepare several dishes for a grad party and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & utensils. The parking is shared with other residents, but I had no issues. I parked facing the street to make leaving safe & easy.

Long time visitor to UMass Lowell & my recent stay at this lovely condo was perfect! It’s small, but not cramped. Super clean & with all the amenities. Check-in was smooth & easy. Quick access to all three UML campuses. Great walking options for those who travel w their dog. Returning in a few weeks & hope to return often. Jay was a perfect host!
