No Glass at the pools and whirlpools.
NO ALCOHOLIC CONTAINERS outside room.
NO visitors allowed in rooms after 11:00.
KEEP YOUR DOOR LOCKED. We are not responsible for your valuables.
No towels can be hung on the balconies or the railings.
Do not throw anything from balconies.
Do not feed seagulls from balconies.
Towels do not leave units.
Do not remove the lounge chairs from the outside pool deck.
Noise becomes an annoyance during odd hours of the day, such as early morning or late evening when most people are resting. Therefore, excessively disturbing noises in dwelling or the common elements which interfere with the rights, comforts or other conveniences of neighbors are not allowed. Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments, and people should be always kept at a minimum and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.

This place was beautiful and perfect!! Had a great stay and it had a nice kitchen and living room was spacious and comfortable.Loved the patio and view of the pond. Good first floor location for my 92 yr old mom and her bathroom shower was perfect for her with a handheld shower head and bench seat. The pools were very refreshing too!

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!
