Head to Rochester area with family, friends, and furry companions and stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a quiet lakeside community. This home has a fully fenced backyard and a full basement with a desk and office chair, tiki bar, Smart TV, Xbox, game table, and board games for you and your family. The vacation rental is nestled just a short walk to Beatie Beach, a private beach reserved for homeowners. Enjoy beach days, go to the Port of Rochester restaurants, walk the pier, go to the beach, or head to downtown Rochester to visit museums, restaurants, and shops. After fun-filled days, look forward to returning to this well-stocked home, complete with a large patio with gas grill, and all the comforts of home.

My two friends & I found this property exceeded our expectations in location, cleanliness, beautiful decor & furnishings and general comfort! Adequate towels and extra pillows and blankets, shower & hand soaps, etc. were provided as well as K-cups and condiments you never seem to remember to pack! It has a lovely back yard and tables to sit with BarBQ which sadly, we didn't have time to enjoy! I was ( personally)surprised that the two baths were on different levels, but I may have misread the description. All bedrooms are on the main level. There is a fully finished basement, but I'm not able to go up & down many steps, so I personally did not see the basement level, however, my one friend assured me the game room, bar area and walk in full bath where very nice! We were gone most of the time of our short stay and wished we had more time to enjoy there. I would recommend a hand rail to the steps into the home and for the first few steps leading to the lower level and back door and at least one more mirror, in the hallway or one in each bedrooms, as only one mirror in the bathroom(s). Overall, we felt safe and comfortable and would highly recommend this rental or visit again! Our sincere thanks to the host!

This is a very family (kids) friendly home. My grandkids enjoyed it a lot. Also pet friendly. My dog loved running in the fenced yard with the kids. We took walks to the lake every day. The neighborhood is very safe. I actually grew up very close to the house.
