Ideal location nearby all Triangle has to offer. This recently renovated 2bd 2ba is perfect for a short term stay or longer term. Plenty of space to spread out - with large family room space- private backyard deck and yard space overlooking private and wooded backyard. Onsite parking with enough space for 2 cars and quiet off street parking. Fully equipped wi/ fiber internet, smart TVS, king size bed and queen bed. Less than 5 minutes to North Hills, 10 minutes to DT Raleigh.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed here December 17 - 30, 2025. The location is in close proximity to my son’s home in Raleigh, which was tremendously helpful in spending time with the entire family. We spent most of our time at my son’s home, but each evening we came back to a very comfortable place to sleep. On Christmas Day, we prepared much of the food at the VRBO for our Christmas Dinner, which was extremely helpful. This VRBO was extremely nice and the owners were quick to respond when I had questions. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

Clean, comfortable, cozy home in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Nice living room to watch sports. Small, great deck but it was too cold to enjoy it. Very easy trip into downtown and to the Lenovo Center. Well-equipped kitchen!

Andrew was wonderful with communication. Responds right away. Gave a wonderful list of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. This property was very close to where my daughter lives. We would stay again.
