I hope this message finds you well, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at Wilderness Presidential, a property I have visited multiple times over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival, I found the glass door to be filthy, the sofa was visibly soiled and the bedspreads were in unacceptable condition. Additionally the presence of ants in the unit was bothersome and detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.
I have never encountered these issues in the past and have always found the properties to be well-maintained. Given my history with Wilderness Presidential, this experience was particularly concerning and did not meet the standards I have come to expect, I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I trust that you value guest feedback and take pride in the condition of the properties. I hope that these concerns can be addressed to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.
