At the same time, it’s only about a 2-minute drive from the beach. The property is completely independent, featuring approximately 3,500 square meters of garden with lemon trees and a lawn, complete with a relaxation area equipped with sofas and an inflatable hot tub; the property is also fully fenced. The house features a living room with a large-screen video projector, a BOSE stereo system, and Alexa. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms—one of which is en suite. The house is fully air-conditioned. It offers complimentary amenities such as Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels.
We welcome our guests with local specialties. We are happy to provide any information or assistance needed to ensure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. We can arrange boat excursions, guided tours, and airport taxi service.
IN AVOLA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA: The town of Avola is a well-organized and fairly clean seaside town that has experienced significant economic and tourism growth in recent years, but fortunately, it has not yet seen “mass” tourism. Avola has about 20 km of coastline and approximately 14 km of very beautiful, wide, and—above all—well-maintained beaches, and its waters feature shallow depths that are ideal for children. Furthermore, Avola is famous for its Nero d’Avola wine, its almond groves, and the Cavagrande del Cassibile Nature Reserve. Within the reserve lie the Cavagrande del Cassibile lakes, also known as the Avola Lakes—large natural canyons surrounded by nature, considered by CNN to be one of the twenty best places in the world to swim. They are an international tourist attraction, and one cannot fail to mention the unspoiled, idyllic Pineta del Gelsomineto beach. It is also located 8 km from Noto, the capital of Italian Baroque and an UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its “infiorata” (flower festival) held in May and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, home to Calamosche Beach—considered by The Guardian to be one of the five most beautiful beaches in Italy and the world. And how could we forget Syracuse, the second-largest city of the Roman Empire, with its archaeological park featuring the Greek Theater and the Ear of Dionysius, as well as the stunning island of Ortigia with its Fountain of Hercules and winding alleys? In addition, the city of Avola is about a 1-hour drive from Catania Fontanarossa Airport and the city center. There are also other easily accessible cities, such as Modica—the city of Baroque architecture and chocolate—Scicli and Donnalucata—the towns of Inspector Montalbano—and Ragusa, not to mention Marzamemi, the quintessential Sicilian village
