Charming older-style apartment on the top floor of a small quiet block of 15 units a stone’s throw from the heart of Marrickville. Close to Sydenham metro station for a quick trip into the city and walking distance to the many great parks, cafes, restaurants and bars in Marrickville.

The space
Spacious lounge/dining room with reverse cycle air-conditioning and a couch that folds out into a sofa bed. Quiet bedroom with a comfy queen bed and lots of hanging space. Bathroom with bath and shower. Well equipped kitchen with stove/oven and microwave. Access to a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer. Unlimited high speed Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player and lots of books!

- The apartment is thoroughly cleaned between each stay including disinfecting of high-touch surfaces.
- Linen and towels are freshly laundered.
- Check-in is via lock box.
- The space is suitable for working from home with unlimited high-speed Wifi.

The apartment is homey and comfortable with older appliances and retro furniture but everything is clean and functional. You’re welcome to use anything in the apartment. I only ask that you respect my space, my things and my neighbours - this includes keeping the noise down, especially at night. It’s a small quiet block and it’s important that guests don’t disturb the peace.

The apartment doesn’t have a dedicated car space but there is plenty of unrestricted parking on my street and the streets nearby.

My place isn’t set up for children but depending on their age and the number of adult guests I’m happy to consider them. Please message if you have questions about staying with kids.
