About this chalet rental
Getaway with the whole family in our gorgeous Chalet style lake retreat! Or escape the hustle and bustle to enjoy a fun, relaxing, peaceful getaway for business or recreation. This property is at the very end of a private dead end road on a very large 1.4 acre lot. Sleeps 10 guests(8 adults maximum, 10 guests total). 3 bedrooms, large sleeping loft, 8 beds, 2 baths, 2 full kitchens and living rooms and an open concept on main floor with fireplace, very large walk out deck overlooking the lake. Large windows surround the house to enjoy all the wildlife on the river and all around the property. Great for multi family vacations.

The property is located within a quick on foot stroll to Western Wisconsin's premier supper club, Jake's. Jake's has three decks and a fabulous Tiki bar over looking the lake with live bands every weekend in the summer months. Pioneer Bar & Grill is across the road from Jake's Supper Club, in a country setting with great entertainment!
There are nearby restaurants that are accessible by water or land.
Elk Point Resort is easy access by boat or vehicle. Elk Point Resort has karaoke every Saturday night and put on the BEST firework show every year on July 3rd. Great food and fun atmosphere!

Tainter Lake is approximately a 1605 acre lake located in Dunn county. It has a maximum depth of about 37 feet. Depending on the weather in the summer months, the water clarity can be low due to algae growth. Later in the summer months this lake tends to get a bit green. May until early July are the best months to enjoy swimming. Still a great size lake for boating, kayaking and fishing!

There were 8 of us that stayed here early November. Loved that we each got our own bed to sleep in, the place was very clean, and located in a great location. We never felt crowded in this cabin. Great place to stay!!!

Loved the layout of the cabin, the deck, the quiet driveway/road, the lake access and the fire pits...everything was great and when we had a question, the host was very quick to respond.
