Our stunning home is located in one of Toronto most sought-after and family-friendly neighborhood. Our beautiful 4 bedrooms with 2.5 washroom, 8 seater dining, cozy family room with premium channels, high speed internet, multiple offices to work from home and much more. Close to shopping, cafe's, bars, restaurants, park and highways. Close to UTM campus.

The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before guests arrive. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.
To help us manage resources sustainably, we provide a limited supply of essentials such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen basics. If you anticipate needing additional items during your stay, we recommend bringing extras or purchasing locally.
If you're staying for more than 20 days, we'll send a cleaner around day 15 to freshen up the place. The cleaning fee is $180 and will be collected upfront when you book.

The home was beautifully decorated ! It was so kind of the host to include toiletries, towels and utensils that any guest would need. The home was equipped with anything that a guest needed, including kitchen supplies, spices, seasonings and tea.We Had a bit of trouble opening up the garage, but the property manager made sure to come by and help us fix it. They were very helpful during our stay.

Our four day stay at the property was comfortable. We had traveled from the US for a family event and the day of our arrival. The host was kind enough to let us check in a few hours earlier. Please note that this is not always possible if the property has already been booked for that day. The properties easily accessible, and the GPS leads you right to the door. There is one garage spot (which we didn't end up using as our stay was during a weekend, and the visitor parking at the end of the block was free) and one spot spot in the driveway. During our stay, there was plenty of visitor parking. You have to call the number provided daily to register your car and get a permit. It is a quick and easy process. Entry to the house is up a few steps and it opens up into a spacious main area. The kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials. We only really needed to purchase the fresh food, there is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and a large table to fit big family gatherings.
The home was overall clean however there was some dust and a few hairs on the bathroom floors and on the bedroom floors, the bedding in one of the rooms smell a little sweaty (however there is a laundry machine on site so we were easily able to wash the bedding). Some of the blinds are broken but its functional as there are very good light blocking curtains in all the rooms. The AC was initially finicky but we got it to work out. There are also bidets in each bathroom! Overall a comfortable stay.
