"This spot was great. It was a lovely, quiet space for my daughter and I on our trip to visit her friends in Laconia, which is about a 25 minute drive away. Just make sure you bring your own toiletries..."

We have tried to think of everything for your stay, however the cohost lives in the apartment below and is available if needed during your stay. This spot was great. It was a lovely, quiet space for my daughter and I on our trip to visit her friends in Laconia, which is about a 25 minute drive away. Just make sure you bring your own toiletries: shampoo, and bath soap in particular. And FYI, there are no locks on the bedroom doors if extra privacy is needed. Everything else was perfect.

What a find in Franklin! Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Spotless and well provisioned with pretty linens, coffee supplies, dishes etc. We didn’t need anything from the hosts while we were there, but I’m sure it would have been easy. Thanks again!

This apartment was perfect for my son and I to share whilst in NH visiting family. All we needed was there. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but close to shops, restaurants, and things to see and do.
