You'll also have the option of using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, making transportation a breeze. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.
Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside with the house doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
Please return the garage door opener to avoid extra charges ($60)

None of them comes close to the location, value, cleanliness and professional/personal level of service we experienced here. our host; Sharon was accessible and prompt to respond both prior to and diring our 5 day 4 night stay. We will return!

We were very impressed with how clean this home was! It was comfortable and well thought out and the fenced in yard was great for the kids. The host was fantastic with communication as well.
