Located in the centre of the famous seaside town of Aberaeron, West Wales, Nant Meigan is a Grade 2 listed Georgian terraced house in the centre of the historic town. A five minute walk to the pebble beach and backing onto the River Aeron, the property enjoys a walled garden that provides privacy and tranquility. Centrally located there is plenty of choice for enjoyable outings in West Wales and along the beautiful Ceredigion Coast.

Georgian Frontage backing onto a river. The property has an enclosed lawned garden and decking area with outdoor furniture backing onto the River Aeron. Please note that the wall backing onto the river from the decking is low and all children must be supervised at all times. We do not take any responsibility for any accidents e.g trips, slips or falls.

There is a ground floor double bedroom with an adjacent shower and toilet. Each has a single stair to access.

The house was perfectly located - just off the high street and yet quiet. Very close to a delicious deli which served great coffee and pastries, amongst other wonderful things. Having the river at the end of the garden was so lovely and very peaceful. The house was exceptionally well equipped, comfortable and great space for us 6 adults. Amazing places to eat in Aberearon (Hive and Harbourmaster) and a beautiful coastal path walk to New Quay (we caught the bus back). Would definitely return!

A great house and superbly equipped. The benches and table down by the river were perfect for basking in the sun and watching the ducks on the river. A rare find.

Had a great few days there - gorgeous location overlooking the river with a fantastic garden. We had to stay an extra night at short notice due to illness but this was sorted out very efficiently, couldn't be happier.
