we stayed one night on a road trip across country and it was a comfortable & quiet place to land for us and our senior dog. they were accommodating of where in the hotel we requested to stay because of the senior dog’s needs, which we appreciated. I did forget a pair of shorts and a shirt (hanging on the back of the bathroom door), but didn’t realize it til we got home. I wish they would have contacted me to let me know, i would have paid to have them mail them back to me. By the time I contacted them, they said they weren’t in lost and found, which was disappointing.
