House Rules:

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. A smoking fee of $250 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the property.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum during these times.

Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy our outdoor grill and fire pit responsibly. Ensure that the grill is cleaned after each use, and please be mindful of safety precautions when using the fire pit. Note that firewood may not always be provided.

Property Access: Guests are permitted to use the entire property, excluding the utility locked closet and outside locked shed. Please respect these restricted areas.

Communication: We're here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. In case of emergency or if you have any questions, please reach out to the host, Yuriy.

Parking: We prefer guests to park in the driveway whenever possible. Additionally, please refrain from parking any vehicles with oil leaks in the driveway to prevent damage. Be considerate of others when parking on the street.

Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. Return keys to the designated location upon checkout to avoid any lost key fees.

Property Care: Treat our home with care and respect, as if it were your own. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
