No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

We had a nice week staying at this property. The host was great at communicating and ensuring we were well taken care of. The property was easy to get to, had a nice parking spot and provided what we needed for the week.

The place overall was fairly nice and was priced very reasonably for what you get. However, the cleaniness left a lot to be desired. From a surface level, things appeared clean, but looking deeper revealed many areas that seem to have been neglected for quite a while. In one room, we found a rolled up ball of tissue paper next to ripped curtains on the windowsill; behind a storage shelf that isn't placed flush against the wall, we found a ton of dust and a disposable wooden spoon; and under another shelf we found more dust and a small lizard. There were also quite a few ghost ants in the kitchen area. I'm not sure if this was an infestation (we definitely don't have the credentials to make this determination), but we did kill a few dozen of them before giving up. We asked the host about this and they said that it's not uncommon to see in tropical areas, and that the house does get pest control regularly. Perhaps we just came at a bad time. To the host's credit, they did ask if we wanted anything done and we decided to opt out because our stay was relatively short.Overall, if it weren't the cleaniness issues, this review would be a 5/5. Hopefully this is something that the host can improve on.
