• Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."
• You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

The house well kept. They had shampoo and conditioner and soap in all bathrooms and extra towels. The kitchen and its appliances and pots and pans were fine. It would have been amazing to have coffee available when we arrived maybe a coffee bar of some kind. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would recommend this home. Thank you to the hosts for making it easy.

Pros: The house was nice and big, which was great for our group. We liked the pool that overlooked the pretty pond. We liked the proximity to Give Kids the World and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
Cons: There were stains all over the carpets and wall. The house didn’t seem very clean. The coffee maker was really dirty. There weren’t many towels and no washcloths. Also, it’s in a gated community and that was kind of a pain.
