Our historic Gründerzeit building, a designated landmark, was built in 1891 and completely renovated in 1993. The apartments were renovated between 2013 and 2018 and are located just under 2 km from the city center. All apartments feature a kitchen (or kitchenette), bedroom, living room, and a separate bathroom; some include a bathtub and a washing machine in the apartment. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. A supermarket (Mon–Sat, 6 a.m.–10 p.m.) and various stores in the Reudnitz Center are within walking distance. You’ll also find restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartments are located on the first floor through the 4th floor of the building. Please note that due to the building’s construction, our building does not have an elevator. Our reception desk on the 1st floor is open Mon–Fri from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We’re happy to answer your questions and help you plan your excursions. All apartments have Wi-Fi, which is available free of charge. You can park your car for free in our on-site, fenced-in parking lot. A tram stop is 150 meters away.
