About this apartment rental
The Jule vacation rental in Haus Ronja in Greetsiel has been furnished with great attention to detail. This two-bedroom vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people and one dog.
The house was built in 2008 as a low-energy home. The property is heated by a modern heat pump. The white plastic windows feature triple-pane insulated glass and are equipped with roller shutters. The rooms are bright and filled with natural light. A controlled ventilation system with a heat exchanger ensures excellent energy efficiency and a very comfortable indoor climate. All rooms are tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating. This is a smoke-free home. The apartment on the upper floor of the house is permanently occupied.
The ground-floor apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Greetsiel and offers a magnificent view across the open countryside. Through the hallway with a coat closet, you can access all the rooms of the approximately 80-square-meter vacation apartment at ground level; the apartment was almost completely refurnished in April 2024.
The large kitchen-dining area and the living room face south/west, offering a beautiful view of the property and the adjacent meadows. Both rooms open onto the 25-square-meter covered terrace.
The generously equipped, bright kitchen with built-in appliances—including a refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, electric kettle, and many other extras makes cooking on vacation a real treat. An East Frisian tea set invites you to enjoy a cozy East Frisian “Koppke Tee.” A large dining table with four seats offers plenty of space for cozy get-togethers.
The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a recliner, a large Samsung Smart TV (55 inches/138 cm), and a stereo system. You’ll find board games and books in the cabinets and on the shelves.
The two bedrooms are furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed and a solid-wood bed, respectively (each a double bed, 180 x 200 cm), as well as a wardrobe or ample storage space, and offer a high level of comfort. A travel crib and a high chair are available for our younger guests.
The spacious, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathroom cabinetry, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the utility room. Fly screens are installed in front of some of the windows in the kitchen, both bedrooms, and the bathroom.
The approximately 150-square-meter garden is fenced in and separated from the neighboring property by a dense thuja hedge, making it a perfect place to relax. On the covered patio, you’ll find a spacious table that seats four and a sun lounger.
There is a parking space next to the house reserved exclusively for the vacation rental’s car. There is a lockable storage shed near the patio. Inside, you’ll find cushions for the patio furniture. You can also store any bicycles you bring here, and there’s a charging station for your e-bikes.
Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior notice. Bowls are provided for your furry friends. Please bring a blanket if you’d like to let your dog on the upholstered furniture. BARF on vacation? No problem here—the freezer in the storage room offers plenty of space. By the way, there’s a large dog park in Greetsiel with great agility equipment near the harbor. On the direct walking path to Pilsum—just a few steps from the vacation rental—your dog is allowed to run off-leash (outside of breeding and nesting seasons).
