This comfortable vacation rental is located in a quiet area, near Streckelberg and the Baltic Sea beach. The adjacent street is designated as a play street/traffic-calmed zone. The beach is approximately 300 meters away.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a single-family home with another vacation rental above it.
The non-smoking vacation rental is designed for up to 4 people + 1 toddler (up to 3 years old in an additional travel crib).
Bed linens, towels, and—if needed—a high chair and travel crib must be booked in advance or brought along!
Pets are not allowed in the vacation rental or on the property!

Vacation rental on the first floor of a single-family home



• Non-smoking vacation rental for up to 4 people + 1 toddler (up to 3 years old, extra bed in a travel crib)

• 1 spacious living room with a fold-out sofa bed (approx. 1.60 m x 2.00 m), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV, as well as access to the patio

• Terrace (May–October) with patio furniture and a charcoal grill

• 1 bedroom with a double bed approx. 1.80 m x 2.00 m (comfort mattress height) and a large closet; there is space here to set up a travel crib for a small child

• Kitchen with dining area, oven, ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils

• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

• Some rooms are equipped with insect screens

• 1 parking space for a car, 1 lockable communal bike shed (no liability)

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment or on the property

• Please bring your own bed linens, towels, shower mats, and dish towels; a high chair and travel crib can be provided upon request

• Tourist tax is payable in advance via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival

• Check-in is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

• Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest

In the Schmittchen vacation rental (for 4 people + 1 toddler in an additional travel crib), you can leave your shoes and everyday clothing right in the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The adjacent kitchen features a kitchenette with an oven and a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of storage space and cabinets with dishes, cookware, and household utensils. There’s a radio here for your entertainment. In the adjoining bedroom with a double bed, you’ll find plenty of space for your clothes. The spacious living room next door is perfect for relaxing. Here, you can listen to the radio, watch TV, or simply unwind and read an exciting book. The fold-out sofa bed provides sleeping accommodations for 2 people. For sun-seekers, the terrace is available, equipped (May–October) with a table and chairs, a parasol, a beach chair, and a charcoal grill.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
