Welcome to our 3 star holiday apartment Harzer-Leuchtturm.

The apartment has approx. 65 sqm and is located on the first floor of our two-family house in Harlingerode. The house is located in a traffic-calmed residential area (zone 30). The center of Bad Harzburg is about 4 km away. The upper floor is privately used.
The apartment has an enclosed parking space in the yard. The furnishings and appliances are mostly new. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and is now almost barrier-free. Only the access to the house and the terrace has a small step of about 8 cm and the kitchen is a small step of about 2 cm.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. "Alexa" is in the kitchen.
In the bedroom there is a double box spring bed. In addition, there is another sleeping place for a child in the form of a foldaway bed. The bedroom has a 42 inch Smart TV. A small furniture safe is integrated into the wardrobe. The two windows can be darkened electrically with an external blind. A drying rack, iron and ironing board are available on request.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. A washing machine and dryer are available for you in the hallway.
In the living room, you can convert the couch for sleeping if necessary. Two people can sleep there. A 42 inch Smart TV is also available here. The two windows can be darkened electrically with an external blind.
The dining room has six seats and from there, you can reach the large ground-level terrace via a small step. The terrace doors can be darkened electrically with an external blind.
On the terrace, with plenty of morning sun, you also have six seats available. In addition, they can extend an awning electrically if necessary to protect themselves against solar radiation.
The modern kitchen offers you a refrigerator, freezer, large microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and seating for two people. Furthermore, a coffee machine, Senseopad machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker complete the cooking experience.
