Living room with a sofa and armchair, SMART TV (satellite), a cozy fireplace, and a comfortable dining area for up to 4 people. Storage closet with a vacuum cleaner. Direct access to the furnished garden terrace facing southeast.
Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen also features a washing machine.
