About this apartment rental
1st floor, 1 living/bedroom with kitchen, bathroom with shower,

Our apartments are fully equipped: with a flat-screen TV, Sonos, a desk (except for the Hofidyll and Auszeit apartments), box-spring beds, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy blankets (also for relaxing in the garden), and a safe. Everything you need. For a truly perfect vacation.
In every bathroom, you’ll find an accessible shower with a rain showerhead, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. Plus shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap. Just come on in. And start relaxing.
In our kitchens, you don’t have to become a gourmet chef—but you can if you want. Because everything is here: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. We’ve even thought of the little things: paper towels, dish towels, trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher tablets, napkins, salt and pepper, as well as a selection of coffee capsules and tea bags.
Good to know:
-The large communal garden, featuring lounge chairs, a table, and benches, as well as an outdoor lounge with panoramic views and a grill, is open to all guests.
-Towels, dish towels, and bed linens are provided in every apartment.
-Our apartment building has an elevator.
-Parking spaces are available right next to the building, as well as underground parking spaces (for an additional fee) with direct access to the building.
-There is a charging station for 8 e-bikes and 2 charging stations for electric cars.
-A ski storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available for shared use.
-You’re, of course, welcome to bring your horse. We rent stalls (16 square meters) with windows facing the courtyard; use of the facilities is included in the stall rental price (indoor riding arena 45×20, outdoor riding arena 70×30 meters, galloping track approx. 650 meters, lunging circle, paddock).
-Picnic basket rental (for a fee)
-Bathrobe rental (for a fee)
-Ski storage room with ski boot heater
