Parking spaces for bicycles in the barn on the same property. There is also the washing machine (use for a fee) and a table tennis table (in the summer months).

The larger of 2 holiday apartments ( approx. 70 m² ) in a thatched cottage for 6 people + 1 (toddler).

An open kitchen with counter and dining table, a shower room, 1 living room with large couch, Smart TV. 2 bedrooms, all rooms on the first floor. The ceiling height/beams are low as the house is over 200 years old.

In the "children's room" there is a double bed, a bunk bed and a desk. In the 2nd bedroom there is a double bed and a cot.

In front of the entrance to the garden there is a small seating area, in the garden a larger one and garden loungers are available.

On the property there is another thatched roof house with a holiday apartment and a large barn.

The outdoor barbecue and garden pavilion can be used by all guests. Please coordinate with each other.

Children's high chairs are available if required.

Bicycles and the like can be stored in the barn. The washing machine is also located there.

We heat with district heating and when the sun is shining, the solar system provides hot water.



The property on a large plot includes a larger and a small thatched cottage, a large barn, garden with perennial borders, lawn, seating areas and garden pavilion/outdoor grill. It is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village of Schuby, 2.5 km from the Baltic Sea beach between Schönhagen and the Baltic Sea resort of Damp. Each lovingly furnished residential unit has a separate garden section with seating.
The first insurance documents date back to 1820, so the larger house is at least 200 years old. Repeatedly rebuilt and extended, the low ceiling height, crooked door frames and clay-plastered walls in the 70 m2 apartment remained unchanged as silent witnesses...
The little cottage was built in 1992 on the foundations of an old garage.
Near the Baltic Sea 2.5 km, natural sandy beach
