About this house rental
Charming holiday home in the Westhinder domain in Koksijde with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people. Private parking and enclosed garden, ideal for a family with children. Equipped with every comfort, it is perfect for relaxing. Cozy living room with TV, WIFI and equipped kitchen. Pets and smoking not allowed. The sun-oriented garden and terrace make it the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful spring or summer day. There is a parking space in front of the front door, parking number 34. Please bring your own bed and bath linen. A security deposit of EUR 125,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
