Recently reduced for 1st time visitors! Spend your day at the bay or beach, then relax on the outdoor couch or take a shower in any of the home's 3 bathrooms. Feel free to take a nap after in any of the fully air conditioned 3 bedrooms or 2 living areas. The setting is kid and pet friendly with a fenced in backyard and toys galore.

What a wonderful place to stay in Hampton Bays. Clean and uncluttered, but well-appointed with all you would need. Close to magnificent beaches, restaurants, and shops. Kerri and Noel were super-responsive, great hosts.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Kerri and her husband were very accommodating and kind. The beach is about 6 min from the property, my dog loved his daily walks at the beach. The cleaning crew did an amazing job as well. We felt at home and were very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

This is a very nice house, beautifully restored and cosy. Perfect as location for trips around the wonderful Hampton Bays area, beaches and waters. Very friendly and supportive host. Full recommendation :-)
