About this chalet rental
The bungalow is part of a very quiet residential complex, 10 kilometers south of Ciutadella de Menorca, one of the most idyllic areas on the island.
The space:
Spacious 75 m, with a private terrace featuring a table and chairs. Spacious living room, open-concept kitchen with countertop and 4 very comfortable chairs, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom with a private bathroom). It also features 2 sleeper chairs in the living room.
Air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. Fan in the second bedroom. Sun deck upstairs via an external staircase with ocean views.
Guest access:
Large park with beautiful landscaping and a large communal pool in the center of the complex, with showers, lounge chairs, and umbrellas.
A quiet, friendly, and very pleasant neighborhood for walking, with a beautiful beach just a 3-minute walk away, a supermarket within minutes, and a variety of dining options also within walking distance.
Also just minutes from the charming Port of Cala en Bosc, which features a shopping center with a wide range of dining options, stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
Easy access to public transportation for getting around the island.
To explore the island, we recommend using a car or scooter, which you can rent in advance or upon arrival at the airport. There’s a car rental agency just a few minutes from the resort. During peak season, we recommend renting a vehicle in advance. Free street parking is available.
