With a minimum stay of 30 nights, "Come Sail A Bay" offers stunning waterfront views the moment you step inside. Recently renovated, the open-concept living space features a spacious island, perfect for keeping the conversation flowing while you cook. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops add a touch of luxury.
Down the hallway, you'll find the guest bedroom #3, furnished with a king bed sharing the hallway bathroom. Continuing on, you'll discover the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom equipped with dual sinks. The hallway leads to the laundry room, which conveniently includes a wine refrigerator for your extra drinks. Off the kitchen, behind the double slider doors, awaits another primary bedroom, #2, complete with its own ensuite.
Step outside and experience a private oasis. Surrounded by artificial turf, this home features travertine tile surrounding a pool and spa. Ample seating encircles a propane fireplace, offering a cozy ambiance overlooking the outdoor grill/kitchen area—perfect for crafting a fantastic BBQ meal. After a day on the open water, pull your boat up to the dock, rinse off with the outdoor shower after a day of fishing and sit back and watch the other boats go by!

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
