Our stay at the property was great. Very clean and cute. The size worked well for our group of 6. Very easy walking distance from our events at DSU. Definitely recommend staying here!

All the comforts of home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook anything we wanted. The cleanliness was well appreciated. We talked about wanting to plan another trip to this area just so we could stay here again.

The house is newly remodeled with about every necessity one could ask for. Plenty of beds- though we didn’t need it, one bedroom has a king conversion set for the twins in that room, which could be handy. It is an older home by construction so the stairs are a little steeper than a newer home. The shower is on the second floor; the laundry is in the basement. It is fantastic location to access the college. Sioux Falls and Brookings both are only about 45 minutes or so and have lots of things to do if you want a big city vibe but quiet home.
