About this house rental
House No. 51 can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in a quiet area, close to the front desk, sauna, playground, and parking lots.
Welcome to the “Blauvogel” Nature Experience Village. House No. 51 is a spacious, child- and family-friendly semi-detached house with 3 rooms, offering space for up to 4 people across 65 m² of living space.
Amenities:
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate guest restroom and a storage room.
The attic features 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The living room and both bedrooms each have a TV set with which you can receive "Sky," among other channels.
Outside, there is also a lockable storage room and a large paved patio, which is largely covered and fully furnished.
A high chair is provided, and a crib is available (upon advance request).
Pets: 1 pet is welcome, but may not be taken into the bedrooms!
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house! In consideration of future guests, we ask that you smoke only on the terrace.
Meals: To satisfy both small and large appetites, we offer breakfast and half-board upon request at the adjacent Gasthof Rebentisch.
Early risers can have fresh rolls or bread delivered from our mobile bakery on weekdays from 8:15 to 9:00 a.m.
The parking lot is located near the reception desk.
Blauvogel Nature Experience Village
As the name suggests, our Blauvogel Nature Experience Village offers pure nature. Enjoy the view of the seemingly endless greenery from your cozy wooden cottage.
The vacation resort in the Harz Mountains consists of 64 comfortably furnished wooden cottages. Here, you can enjoy your vacation at the edge of the forest, surrounded by trees and near the spring-fed forest lake.
A sauna and steam room are available to our guests at the vacation home complex. There is a soccer field, a basketball court, and a volleyball court (a volleyball net can be borrowed at the front desk), and right next door is a playground with a climbing frame, slide, seesaws, a ping-pong table, a double swing, and a sledding hill. Here, the children can really let off some steam.
During your stay, as our guest, you have free admission to the spring-fed Waldseebad—just 150 m from the Nature Experience Village.
Would you like to go kite flying or paragliding, go horseback riding, take a covered wagon ride, play tennis, or go hiking? Ride the Harz Steam Railroad along the tracks, visit the Rübenländer stalactite caves, or explore the Elbingerode visitor mine? Would you like to explore the nearby towns of Quedlinburg, Stolberg, and Wernigerode? No problem at all. From the Blauvogel Nature Experience Village, you can easily reach all of these destinations. Our staff at the front desk will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Hasselfelde
Nestled on a high plateau in the heart of the Harz Mountains, nestled within the charming Bode and Rappbode reservoir system, lies the health resort of Hasselfelde. Nature lovers and hikers in particular will find plenty to enjoy here, as Hasselfelde is surrounded by a well-marked network of hiking trails, including the southern route of the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and the Via Romea pilgrimage route. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can take the Harz Narrow-Gauge Railroad through the beautiful low-mountain landscape of the Harz or up to the Brocken.
Thanks to its central location, Hasselfelde is an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. In summer, the idyllic Waldseebad attracts visitors, and there are opportunities for horseback riding, fishing, or archery. The adventurous can cross the Rappbode Dam on the Titan RT suspension bridge or soar over the Wendefurth Dam on Europe’s largest double-rope slide.
If you visit Hasselfelde in winter, you can enjoy the fairytale-like, snow-covered landscape on skis or a toboggan. Those who enjoy action-packed vacations can visit the “Pullmann City Harz” adventure park on the outskirts of Hasselfelde. Here, visitors are transported back to a 19th-century Western town.
