* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.

We have rented in The Strand before and love both the community and area. We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much; it's bright, very clean and well equipped. Beautiful view and quiet end unit. The management company is very good and we definitely can recommend this rental. We're planning on coming back!

We had a lovely stay at this rental in the Strands. The community was very well-kept and clean, and the staff were very helpful and sweet!! They have restaurants within the community itself, which was very nice to have - especially the food and drink service at the pool! There are also grocery stores like Publix and Seed to Table within a 5 minute drive which made shopping very accessible. The condo itself was BEAUTIFUL!! It’s right on the golf course, so waking up every morning to the beautiful landscaping and stunning view made our stay even better!! We enjoyed the open concept of the condo, everything was very clean and coastal. We also loved the big comfortable sofa which was perfect for watching movies and hanging out!! Overall, I would recommend this vacation rental.! The amenities, community, and cleanliness made our stay remarkable!! If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay, this condo checks off all the boxes!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this condo. Everything is new furniture, all small kitchen appliances, bed sheets, extra soft towels which made our stay even more enjoyable. The Strand community is VERY pretty, with pools, restaurants and special events at the guest house that you can enjoy. Reservations are required.The beach is 6 miles away, the one that we chose to go to, it’s called Wiggins beach and it’s not crowded. There’s everything here that you need for a beach day( chairs, towels, umbrella..) . The bedrooms are spacious, freshly painted with comfy sheets. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything to prepare a meal. We will be back here for sure and can’t wait to plan out next stay here!
