Escape to the serene shores of the Winnipeg River at Lac du Lakehouse! This charming 1800 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow offers a weekly rental experience like no other. Here's why:

Spacious and Open Concept: With 1800 square feet of living space, our home boasts an airy, open layout with vaulted ceilings. The living room seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the waterside view or cozy up on the sofa to watch your favorite Netflix series. For a no electronics day we provide a variety of different board games and books.
Homemade and Wholesome: The wood kitchen includes high end stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, bar fridge, bar nook for 4 people and a large dining table for all guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and baking needs.
Rest and Relax: There are 3 bedrooms for rest and relaxation. 2 guest rooms have large windows with queen beds, one with a waterfront view. The 3rd bedroom has a waterfront view with 2 bunk beds and a hangout area with a couch and TV that is kid friendly. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses with cozy cottage linens.
Wash and Freshen up: There are 2 washrooms for all your guests. The main washroom has a stand up shower and a granite counters and the 2nd washroom has a stand up shower with a jet tub and 2 vanity sinks. We provide hand, face and body towels for our guests.
Clean and Tidy: We have a new washer and dryer to use when needed. We provide laundry detergent and other cleaning products. There is a central vacuum, mop and broom to keep things tidy.
Escape and Explore: Enjoy the outdoors with the 3 deck areas, one screened. There is a large front and backyard and a paved driveway to enjoy outdoor games. The private dock is available for all your outdoor toys, watersports, fishing and swimming. We provide a propane BBQ to use with BBQ utensils.

o Town of Lac du Bonnet: A mere 5-minute drive, where you’ll find charming shops, restaurants (Drifters, Chicken Chef, Lakeview, Subway), gas (Petro Canada, Esso), groceries (Dancyt's and Campbell's), hardware stores (Home Hardware, Rona), 2 dollar stores, bank, liquor store, town dock and beach and 2 large parks. Please shop and support local.
o Trans Canada Trails: A leisurely stroll away, making road trips and exploration a breeze. Many hiking and cross country ski trails.

Beautiful home, beautiful views. The only downfall was one of the bathroom vanity lights didn’t work. They tried to have someone come fix it during our stay, but were unable to. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, allowing us to stay for the weekend and working out all the details to make it happen.

One of the most care free relaxing vacations i have ever had. Peaceful spot with gorgeous views. Loved being able to dock out boat. Explore the water and the community. Attentive hosts responded to all our questions and needs.I can't thank them enough.

Lac du Lakehouse is a beautiful home on the lake. You can feel the love and care in the home from the minute you walk through the doors. My husband and I have stayed in may rentals since we've retired and none of them have been that well supplied. Supplies include all soaps, papers, spices sugars and the list goes on. The Lac du Lakehouse is as described in the listing and Sheena and Chris were terrific to deal with. Its in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and close to town for all your needs....we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much Sheena and Chris.
