Elviria 13 km from Marbella Centro: Very beautiful, comfortable house "Villa Alcornoque". 1.6 km from the sea. Private: property 1'300 m2, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 75 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Bus stop "Mancomunidad Municipal" 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 45 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

We absolutely loved it! Mariya was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The place was very clean, well-kept, and homey! The backyard is absolutely gorgeous and was where we spent most of our time. Walking distance from the beach and the grocery store! Overall would HIGHLY recommend :)
