Surrounded by nature, this beautiful cabin offers plenty of space for 12 guests to relax, enjoy each other’s company and make wonderful memories.
The first floor master bedroom provides guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized beds, topped with a super comfy mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! The ensuite extra large bathroom comes with a separate tub & shower and dual vanity sinks. Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the 55" smart TV, but also the breathtaking views through the exceptionally large windows. Bring nature indoors by sliding open the doors to walk out onto a private deck area. In the mornings, step through the back doors to enjoy alone time and a warm cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the 2nd king bedroom with ensuite bathroom that also includes a separate tub & shower and dual vanity sinks. This upstairs master comes with it's own private outdoor patio deck with awesome long-range views.
The 3rd bedroom has 4 queen bunk beds sleeping 8 very comfortably. A unique addition you won't find anywhere is an arcade with 14,000 games. Yes that is "3" zeros behind it. We challenge you to try all of them during your stay. Thats not all. Check out the large 70" smart TV for all your streaming needs.

Each master has an ensuite full bathroom but also another full bathroom is outside the bunk room and then there is also a half bathroom on the first floor.

ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub & fire features.
DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.
RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.
NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.
GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months.
PETS: Pets are allowed with a small fee that is charged at booking.
NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!

We’ve stayed in many cabins in Broken Bow over the years, but this one was hands-down our favorite. The kitchen finish-out was truly top-notch — from the professional-grade drop-in gas range to the massive island and oversized sink, everything made preparing Thanksgiving dinner an absolute joy. The French double oven was an unexpected bonus, and the whole setup was incredibly well thought out.Both master suites offered plenty of privacy, and our kids were obsessed with the bunk rooms and the surprisingly large beds. The bathrooms felt like a luxury spa, with beautiful showers and a relaxing bathtub. We also really appreciated the fully equipped laundry room, complete with a second refrigerator — a small detail that made a big difference during a holiday stay.Outside, the swings and all the games on the deck added so much fun to our trip. Truly, the cabin had everything.The only surprise was the drive. We’ve visited Broken Bow many times, but this cabin was far more secluded and off the main grid than we expected. At one point, we even thought we were lost! But once we arrived, the quiet, peaceful setting ended up being one of our favorite parts — we didn’t leave the cabin the entire time, and the seclusion made the trip even more relaxing.

Everything was very nice and cozy! The host was very helpful getting our AC/heater set properly on the first night. The cabin was in a very remote space which is fine if it wasn’t raining on gravel roads. My only suggestion for improvement is to put the legs back on the living room couches – they were very low.

The cabin was beautiful! All the furniture was in great condition and the vibes were relaxing and cozy. It was exactly what we were looking for. The host reached out to us regularly and made sure we were taken care of.

The house was absolutely incredible — beautifully designed, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. Nick was an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back!
